EAA Windicator 357 Mag 4" 6rd Revolver - Blued / Rubber Grips

I wanted to get back in the revolver game. Based on the reviews here-and the made in Germany baked in quality I purchased this Windicator. This is a fantastic revolver. With .38s very soft shooting-.357s launch out of this pistol with a bark. The build of this gun-not a lightweight, built like a Panzer-soaks up the recoil. DA is a heavy pull, but I see the cylinder rotate, nice wall, and sweet press and she fires. SA is sweet and light. The fit and finish is very nice, finish is is very deep. Accuracy is fantastic. I'm looking at buying the 2 inch for Concealed Carry. If you want a revolver without breaking the bank, this is a great place to start. If you want an uncomplicated weapon for home defense-with the options of two different calibers in on gun, this is worth a look. Extremely pleased with my purchase.HKS 10 Speedloaders work for this revolver.

I already had the 2" version and loved it so I bought the four inch version too. I've had no issues with either one. They're extremely accurate, reliable, and durable. They're pretty heavy, but that just minimizes recoil, so I prefer that. The trigger isn't the best. In double action, it's heavy and I don't feel anything throughout the pull so I can't stack shots. Others may be able to, I don't know. Two things about it make it feel cheap, but don't affect function. The grip is hard plastic. My 2" has a grip that feels and grips like rubber. But this one just feels like hard plastic. They both rattle from the grip, but I can't sense any motion. The other thing is the fake vent rib. I think it looks ridiculous. If the thing needs a rib for strength, I'd rather just have a rib instead of something fake. Anyway, I love both my two inch and four inch. I carry them both.

After looking at many budget, under $500 357 revolvers I decided on the EAA Windicator and after shooting it here in the desert I knew I made the right decision. Shoot's pretty accurate, recoil is what you can expect on this type of firearm and so far no complaints. My wife shot it and liked it a lot better then my Ruger LCRX 38 stub nose, which I sold. Just the damn ammo is way to much but on this one I shoot 38 special ammo since it is cheaper to practice with it and I had plenty left from my Ruger. All together you can't go wrong with the EAA which is made in my birthland Germany and is a great firearm to carry when out in the boonies camping. Beats the 9mm by a lot and makes you feel safe. Now don't expect it to be like the Python but for under 350, hey you can't beat it. Plus it holds 6 rounds. You gonna like the double action on it!

One of the fastest deliveries during these times and fair price. Overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to doing more business in the future. As far as firearm, I love it but yet have had the chance to shoot it. At $70 for a box of 20, im in no rush. I figure I will save a penny per cartridge if I purchase .38 special ammo. Basically, its both expensive but less on the pockets to shoot .38 special at the range not to mention less of recoil

I have been trying to buy a 4 EAA 357 mag now for nearly a year. There have been one or two of the 2 guns that have become available in the last year, but not a single 4 gun in the entire country. I dont blame KYGUN... They have been great and I have always been happy with my purchases from KYGUN. However, at some point, when a company like EAA fails to provide stock for more than a year to anyone, anywhere in the country...then maybe they should just admit they no longer manufacture the product...EAA should stop pretending to be a gun manufacturer and just accept they are gun smith hobbyists. Seriously, I could not buy one of there guns now because I would worry if repair parts would ever be available. When you advertise a product in your catalog and online, but are unable to provide a single gun to anyone in the U.S. for more than a year...just accept you are not really in the business.

Picked one of these up recently, got it home removed the packing grease and everything locked up, it wont win a beauty contest but its function and has good lock up, the Dbl Action pull is horrendous but the single is good. Loaded it with some low power 357 handloads and some mid range 357 reloads, handled 250 rounds without a problem. Shoots to point of aim, I did have to paint my front sight ramp to pick it up better but overall for the money Im pleased
