2000 rds in and its still as reliable as the day i got it. Haven't cleaned it yet and it still runs like a champ. This is my first ever ak, and it certainly wont be my last. Zastava has done a beautiful job with this rifle, and I can't wait to own some of their others! M92 is next on my list for sure. Hogue handguard is alright, but I almost immediately threw some surplus wood on it and it gave it the nostalgic appreciative look i desired with the ak. Being a yugo pattern, its a bit harder to find aftermarket stuff for, but it is certainly out there! Kind of fun trying to find stuff you want in stock for it. It's now my second hobby! :) Anyway, KYGUNCO did amazing getting this shipped out to me quickly. They are a pleasure to work with and they definitely have my business in the future.
Couldn't be happier with this rifle. It will feed whatever you throw at it and doesn't skip a beat (unlike my WASR of similar price). If you're in the market an AK in this category do yourself a favor and run the Zastava and don't look back. I promise you will not regret it.
This ak is awesome! If you are looking at getting an import I would suggest going for this one if you get the chance.
I bought this back in January and I had to wait a bit to find some ammo. Finally got some and went to the range to test it out. A very accurate and a high quality firearm!!
