The Black Widow has a Heavy Vent Barrel, a Bull Cylinder, Oversized Black Rubber Grips and comes with either adjustable Millet Sights for elevation or fixed Low Profile Sights, also by Millet.
As with every NAA Mini-Revolver, the hammer need not rest on an empty chamber. Using the original half-way notch cylinder, the hammer may rest safely and securely without chance of accidental discharge.

I like it and I use it as a pocket gun, as it is very concealable. If I were buying today, I would probably buy the WMR-only version. Reloading is difficult and I doubt one would use it very often; thereofe, no insentive for buying the 22LR cylinder for cheaper ammo and slightly less recoil. The recoil is really insignificant in both 22LR and WMR. I also recommend checking the 7-round 3" barrel S&W in WMR. More than twice the price, but more practical, higher quality, and still concealable.
What an easy experience. Sent to my gun shop quickly. Pick up was easy and the BW was perfect. What a fun little gun to shoot. Replacing my SW Bodyguard as my truck gun.
The photo shows an original Black Widow, to see the present version see the NAA site. This convertible with fixed-sights is THE one to buy because the adjustable sights look out-of-place on a gun this small, acceptable barely on the Mini-Master. As with all their Magnum-framed line, the cylinder notches allow safe carry with 5 rounds. This is a very well made USA product.
