MAGNUM RESEARCH Desert Eagle Mark 19 50AE 6" 7rd Pistol w/ Combat Sights - Two-Tone

I can say I am happy with the purchase. It was the first time I saw the 50AE available for layaway… then, I couldn’t wait that long after I put the down payment. So I made some moves to make the purchase happen a few days later. In less than a week it was as the FFL dealer of my choice… everyone was Ssssoooooo jealous. This was definitely a memorable purchase. This is my 3rd firearm that KYGCO has where the price is reasonable and I can commit to the layaway when the price and availability meet. I took it to the outdoor range. This is definitely a head turner. Show stopper. I thought it was an issue jamming because it was new… turns out if you are a lefty, it can get interesting. So I’m learning how to cycle a mag without push up the catch. KY … you never fail to meet the expectations and beyond.

I've been looking for one of these for a while, but ever since COVID hit they were nearly impossible to find for a reasonable price. When I got the notification, I almost didn't believe my eyes! I wasn't sure if it will show up - it did! Pistol was in perfect condition, everything as described. Tolerances are super tight from the factory, but after around 100 rounds of Hornady ammo everything loosened up. Slide is super easy to rack, slide release is easy to operate with one thumb. I ended up ordering an OWB holster from Magnum Research website for it and it looks like a great pistol for when we go camping/hiking in the bear country. It definitely packs a lot of punch, but it puts a smile on your face every time you pull the trigger!
