The 650 watt motor has three-speed functionaility: low, high and reverse. Metal drive and auger gear grind up to 4-5 pounds per minute. Plastic internal gears. Heavy-duty aluminum # 8 head assembly locks into place for secure operation. Cord, plate and knife storage. Includes stainless steel knife plus three stainless steel plates (8mm, 4.8mm, 3mm) , meat stomper, 7/8" OD plastic stuffing tube and plastic stuffing plate.

Hand wash in hot soapy water. Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak. ETL Certified.
