tried to give it 4.5 Stars but it won't let me do half of a Star ..two parts of this review one for the merchant & one for the weapon. Merchant gets 5 stars, as KGC is probably the easiest, most organized merchant I've ever worked with. Repeat customer. Their website works as advertised without problems or issues, their people are professional, they take care of business, extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Once the transaction is processed everything moves smartly along. Great people to do business with. Second part of the review for the Kimber Rapide... I give that four and a half Stars. The only reason for the half * knockoff is the fact that the slide release lever is too small and too shallow for effective use. Needs to be larger and and better shaped with a stronger protrusion so that it can be released with a normal amount of effort rather than a superhuman effort. Everything else is stellar.
