Ugly ugly ugly
For a backyard museum piece its an expensive way to go. For a personal defense weapon its a waste of money. Why would anyone spend over $3000 for someones trademark name on a, at best $759 AR-15 To make it a serviceable and ready to fight weapon one would have to spend even more money. But, like the fools who bought this guys motorcycles there are fools who will buy his guns.
This rifle is truly an abomination. Let me tell you why: At first glance, I thought the rail system was rather interesting and perhaps innovative. Boy was I wrong. Any amount of rapid fire, and your sight picture completely disappears into a mirage. You cant actually hold on to anything except for that forward grip. The pistol grip fits horribly in your hand, and any amount of grip causes your hand to sink into the indentation where some silly bit of metal was placed. Prolonged use really puts a strain on your hand. SNAGS. Yes, snags. Snags everywhere. Due to the cool design, just about everything can fall into the little gaps and cause your rifle to hang. The ejection port seems a little too deep, and I have experienced several stovepipes with quality ammo. That brass deflector isnt even really in-line with the ejection port and doesnt throw brass in the same direction consistently. On the bright side, the finish is fairly well done, but that is just about the only nice thing I can say about this.
What an overpriced abortion of a rifle. Jesse needs to go back to designing something he knows about.
That would snag on anything you wore
Ugly, someone actually built this
