COLT Gold Cup Trophy 45ACP 5" 8rd Pistol - Stainless w/ G10 Blue Grips

Gun itself is very nice.

Positive: Grips feel good in my large hands Sights are adjustable and easy to see. Red paint on front sight. Gun feels tight and well made, no looseness to it. Slide moves smoothly and with appropriate force. Comes with 8 round magazine. Recoil is very manageable for a 45, was able to get consistent clustering easier than some cheaper 1911s I'd shot. Have gotten through 300 rounds so far, and zero jamming or loading issues at all. Some online had called this gun a JamOMatic, but don't believe it so far. Very accurate for a 45. Looks very nice in silver with the blue grip.

Cons: The default magazine is just 'ok'. Bought some Wilson Combat 10 Round Elite magazines, and they hand load rounds far easier and feel more solidly made. Guns very 'dry' when you get it. Probably best to strip, clean it and add some gun oil before you take it out for the first time. Very obvious when holding.

How can you not love this gun? Quite possibly the nicest gun I have ever shot. I do not regret buying it in the least.
