Kicking off this build are the 7075-T6 forged aluminum upper and lower receivers. The Defender 10 features a 16" barrel with a 1:11.25" twist rate which has been threaded 5/8x24. A birdcage style flash hider is used to suppress flash. The ArmaLite Defender rifle also features an A2 pistol grip, polymer handguards, and collapsible stock. The rifle and all the furniture feature a matte black finish.
