Angstadt Arms is proud to produce an AR-style Upper Receiver Assembly that utilizes a roller delayed system and is made right here in the USA. This Gen 2 version of the MDP-9 upper comes complete with a whole host of top-notch features that make it an excellent partner for many popular AR9 style lowers. The monolithic upper receiver combines the upper and handguard into one solid piece for enhanced rigidity and accuracy. This upper includes a full length Picatinny rail for mounting optics and M-LOK slots for accessories like lights. The threaded muzzle includes a tri-lug adapter for the easy addition of compatible suppressors. A Picatinny end plate adapter is included which makes it easy to attach any compatible brace, or any compatible stock if you wish to go the NFA route (all NFA rules apply), and multiple QD sling sockets make it easy to attach any sling with quick detach push button sling swivels. With its tried and true operating system and wide-ranging AR9 lower receiver compatibility (see "Fits" section below), the MDP-9 Gen2 is simply one of the finest pistol caliber carbine uppers that a shooter can own.
